Ans. Hardness is there for some days after surgery after that it begins to subside. Nipple goes inside because of stiffness when stiffness subside it returns back to normal

Ans. After 2-3 days of surgery when your dressing is removed you can do massages with coconut oil or any moisturizers with aloe vera.
