Am I A Good Candidate For A Fat Transfer?
Prospective fat transfer patients should be in generally good health, with no serious chronic illnesses, heart or lung problems, or active cancers. Diabetics are generally not considered good candidates for this procedure, nor are those who are severely overweight. Older people sometimes do not get quite as good results from fat transfers because their are more likely to die during the process, and also because their skin is usually less elastic than with younger people.
