Asymmetrical Breast Augmentation
In this procedure, Dr. Prashant makes an incision either under the armpit, in the crease under the breast, around the areola (the pigmented tissue around the nipple), or through the navel. He then lifts the breast tissue, creates a pocket in the chest area – either above or below the muscle – and then places the implant inside the pocket.

Scarless Breast Reduction (VASER LIPOSUCTION)
Small incisions (as used in standard liposuction) are given in the crease under the breast, in the armpit, and on the border of the areola.
Combination approaches: In other cases, it will be necessary to reposition the nipple, refine the areola, or adjust the position of the breast mound through breast lift which may also include an enlargement as well.
How much time is taken to recover after breast correction surgery?
You only need to take leave for three to four days from your work. Initially you will have some swelling and bruising for some days after the surgery but after the first week of the surgery you can do your normal activities. You should not engage yourself in doing any vigorous activities like dancing or aerobic classes for the first three weeks after surgery.

Asymmetrical Breast Augmentation
This process is used for correcting the size of small breasts. In the process of breast augmentation an incision is made either under your armpit; crease of your breast and near the areola. Then the breast tissue is lifted and a pocket is made either above or below the muscles of chest and a pocket is made for placing the implants.
Breast reduction
In this surgery, small incision is made in the crease of the breast, in the armpit and around the border of areola. Then liposuction is given for reducing the size of breasts from the deep, middle and superficial layer. In this way breast size is reduced moderately and the nipples are elevated. In scarless breast reduction, breast is reduced nipples are elevated and a good shape of breast is formed
Combination approach
A very complex approach is needed to get the desire result of the surgery. In some case implant with little bit greater or different size are needed to get the desire result of the surgery. In some case repositioning of the nipple, refining the areola and adjusting the position of breast through breast lift. It can be also because of enlargement of breast size.
